Whether a nurse, physician, counselor, maintenance technician, culinary team member, or human resources professional, each team member at Brookdale plays a crucial role in our mission of providing our patients with the very best opportunity for lifelong recovery in their battle with addiction.
On behalf of everyone at Brookdale, we sincerely appreciate your interest and consideration, and look forward to exploring the opportunity of working with you!
Here at Brookdale, we believe in supporting our valued team members. This philosophy extends beyond our beautiful campus to include an extensive benefits package.
Full time team members are eligible for the following benefits:
Brookdale offers a comprehensive retirement savings program to all employees after they have completed 60 days of service (first of the month following).
Beyond the benefits of having tax-deferred contributions, Brookdale offers an employer matching contribution of 25% up to the first 6% of employee contribution.
We provide floating paid time off to our full-time team member which begins accruing on your first day of work. Full time team members accrue 3.08 hours of PTO for every 30 hours worked up to 80 hours of PTO in their first year of employment. We increase the amount of PTO accrued on your second anniversary to 4.62 hours (equivalent of 3 weeks PTO in 12-month period).
Currently, Brookdale designates 7 recognized holidays and provides additional PTO time to cover these days.
Need more incentive, here at Brookdale we have an Executive Chef that prepares our meals for our patients. All employees are eligible to receive a free paid meal for each shift worked that can be enjoyed in our beautiful Dining Hall.
From events that are personal like birthdays, births of children, graduations, or recovery milestones to nationally recognized holidays. We like to have fun. (The proof is in the pictures.)
Here at Brookdale, we enjoy the ability to work together to help others in their journey to recovery, be supportive and spread positivity. Our work is meaningful and rewarding and allows us the opportunity to develop relationships with other members of the Brookdale family. We understand that we are building something special in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania – a premier addiction recovery center.
This means that we expect all team members to treat each other with respect and courtesy. We acknowledge each other when they lend a helping hand. Brookdale Team Members recognize that sometimes we must work outside our defined job description to provide the best possible experience for our patients. We view these as growing opportunities to make Brookdale a great place to work!
You can’t help but take a moment to enjoy the babbling brook and the lake which is a focal point of the property. One of the benefits of Brookdale is that the campus is also easily accessible from Route 80 and Route 611 in the heart of the Pocono Mountains and minutes away from shopping, resorts, and activities for all seasons.
