Former Fire Chief of the Scranton Fire Department, Certified Recovery Specialist, and person in long-term recovery, Patrick DeSarno understands the specific needs of our first responders and what it takes to overcome addiction in their environment. As a SHIELDS Specialist, Pat is able to inspire identification among SHIELDS patients, opening the door to trust, honesty and recovery.
