Susan has been with Brookdale since June 2022 in numerous roles. She began as a patient experience manager and transitioned into a lead patient experience manager position. She then became a clinical counselor while working toward her master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling. Susan’s recent endeavors include clinically assisting in the Stars and Stripes program.

Susan has been in the field of helping others for most of her adult life. She is currently working on her goal of becoming a licensed professional counselor. Susan decided to get into this field after seeing loved ones in addiction and wanting to be a part of better opportunities for individuals. She is driven to help individuals see a different road to take their lives on.

When she is not at work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, engaging in outdoor activities and cooking.
