Jayme Poalise

Jayme Poalise comes to Brookdale with extensive knowledge and diverse experience in Operations, Sales, and Management. As Senior Business Development Director, Jayme is in an invaluable asset to the Brookdale team, as her passion for helping others is a core driving force in her professional life.  

Throughout her career, Jayme has had the opportunity to gain tremendous hands-on experience in her chosen fields, both in and out of the treatment industry. Before gravitating toward drug and alcohol rehabilitation, she worked in the toxicology industry for 6 years, servicing both addiction treatment and pain management facilities throughout the tri-state area. In her role as Operations Project Manager, Jayme worked alongside the Director of Operations with various responsibilities including, managing and training Field Operation Managers across the U.S. and introducing new products for the upcoming year.   

After working with substance abuse facilities, Jayme began to realize her true passion for helping others, which soon led her to a career in addiction treatment. In 2016, she took on the role as Regional Outreach Director at Summit Behavioral Health, her most recent position before coming to Brookdale. Her outstanding ability to foster professional relationships with other providers, patients, and their families has led her to a truly rewarding and successful career.  

Originally from southern New Jersey, Jayme enjoys weekends at the beach, as well as traveling and spending time with family, friends, and her dog. In regards to her primary goal as Senior Business Development Director, she says “I want to be the first step in a patient’s recovery and help as many people as possible, while being a part of a treatment facility that shares the same vision and mission as I do.”
