Frederick has served at Brookdale since 2022. He brings 12 years of inpatient substance use work experience through multiple disciplines and roles, including admissions counseling, case management, behavioral health technician and individual counseling. He is an individual in long-term recovery and is passionate about being a part of the solution.

Frederick graduated with a bachelor’s degree in social work from Misericordia University in 2012 and hopes to continue his education to the master’s and licensure level.

When he is not serving Brookdale, he is spending time with his family and engaging in his personal recovery.
