Chelsey Stauffer, Supervisor of Care Operations, is responsible for the oversight of Brookdale’s Case Management and Intake Departments.
Chelsey Stauffer joined our team in 2020 as a Case Manager and quickly immersed herself in the Brookdale vision. Committed to providing premier, compassionate care, she soon took on the role of Lead Patient Experience Manager where she oversaw the Case Management Department. Most recently, Chelsey has been promoted to Supervisor of Care Operations, responsible for both the Case Management and Intake Departments.
Before coming to Brookdale, Chelsey held various roles within the treatment industry, starting as a Behavioral Health Technician and slowly working her way up. Her other positions include Lead Tech, Case Manager, and Client Care Coordinator, a role that encompassed case management, aftercare, and alumni services.
Chelsey’s newest promotion with Brookdale is just one of the many exciting moments in her life. Most recently, she returned to school to study Social Work and is currently planning her wedding. Outside of work, Chelsey actively participates in her own 12-step fellowship, service commitments and is a Certified Hoop Dance Instructor.
As Supervisor of Care Operations, Chelsey and her team are the first and last point of contact for our patients. From the moment they walk through our doors to their very last day at Brookdale, she says, “we are with them every step of the way. We want every patient to feel welcomed and comfortable on Day 1 and feel prepared on their last day.”
Chelsey hopes to share the skills and knowledge she has gained with her team, so they may continue to grow professionally, ensuring our patients receive a full continuum of quality treatment services.
