Driven by a personal desire to help others struggling with alcoholism and addiction find quality treatment, Ashley Gaede is an instrumental member of Brookdale Recovery’s Outreach Team.
Born and raised in South Carolina, Ashley still resides in the Charleston area today, carrying the Brookdale message to the southern regions our country. A woman in long-term recovery, Ashley has been sober since June 22, 2015. After overcoming her own personal battle with alcoholism and addiction, she knew her life’s purpose was to help those still in need.
Ashley has a vast background and experience, both in and out of the field of addiction treatment. She received her Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry from Johnson & Wales University in 2002 and is currently in the practicum phase of becoming ARISE Interventionist Certified. Before coming to Brookdale Recovery, Ashley worked on the Outreach and Intake teams for the Charleston Recovery Center and was an Outreach Representative for Evolution Way, a Partial Hospitalization Program in Arizona.
Outside of work, you can find Ashley strolling downtown Charleston, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying her days at the beach or on a boat. In regards to her primary goal as Regional Outreach Coordinator for Brookdale, Ashley hopes to help as many people as possible find long-term recovery and freedom from alcoholism and drug addiction.
